I’m a Cape Bretoner who has spent most of my adult life in Halifax, now residing back on the island in oceanside Creignish. I’m a hospitality manager with a diverse history of managing businesses that range from restaurants to retail to hotels to grocery with a consistent dash of marketing and advertising. My curiosity for how business machines work spans a lifelong drive of creative operational analysis. I have spent almost a decade of my free time providing consulting for small businesses or new start-ups, helping restaurants with developing processes and training. On a personal note, I am a psychic medium and energy practitioner, and spent 5 years studying to enable me to use my gifts with permission and integrity to help others. I’m a world politics junkie, with a strong passion for Mother Earth. When I’m not working or helping others, I can be found at the stove drinking wine, listening to music and channeling my creative outlet into my love of cooking.
